Cancellation & refunds

Individual appointments

You can move or cancel a single appointment up to 24 hours beforehand, free of charge, using the link in your appointment confirmation. You do not need to give a reason. Within the last 24 hours, or if an appointment is missed, the appointment cannot be refunded automatically.

Paid bookings

If you cancel the first appointment of your booking in time, the refund is started automatically through Stripe. It goes back to your original payment method.

• For Coaching Sessions, a timely cancellation means the payment is refunded automatically.
• For Initial Analysis, Follow-up Analysis, and Yaya Nutrient Profile, the payment is refunded automatically when the blood draw is cancelled in time and no service has taken place yet.
• Lab costs are not included in the Yaya Prenatal price and are billed separately by the lab. Once lab services have been ordered or performed, they cannot be refunded automatically through Yaya Prenatal.

If part of the service has already taken place

If a service has already started, for example after a blood draw or after a results review, any possible refund is reviewed personally. In that case, please write to nina@yayaprenatal.de .

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, card, or payment provider, it can take a few days to appear.
